All in stock orders are usually shipped within 24-48hrs. If there is a delay in shipping your order more than 48hrs. you will be notified. The Shipping Time is how many business days for delivery once the order has been processed, packed, and shipped.

Lost Packages: Please contact us if your order has not arrived after the maximum allowable business shipping days, and we will initiate a trace on your package and/or send out a replacement order.

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders may be charged additional Shipping Charges, depending on the weight/size and location.

WARNINGS

Battery Safety

Use special caution when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled.

User should have enough knowledge of Li-ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging and assembly before use.

Always charge in/on a fire-proof surface.

Never leave charging batteries unattended.

Never continue to use an e-cigarette type device if you can feel the battery get hot. If your battery gets hot to the touch, or if it begins smelling: DO NOT USE IT ANYMORE. Let it cool down (1 hour) in a safe environment (outside preferably), and then dispose of correctly, or make arrangements to return, if still under warranty.

If your e-cigarette or device begins activating itself, immediately remove your atomiser and disconnect the battery. Do NOT trust the battery, nor the atomiser anymore from this point on. This means never leave either of the components connected in your pocket, in your nightstand, or out of visibility where you can not immediately separate the two components.

electronic-cigz.com are not responsible for damage if there is any modification of the batteries/chargers in any form or shape. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-Ion batteries and chargers. We will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the use of any batteries.

Warranty Policy

Customer must email us with Order Number, problem, and exact parts needing replacement. An RMA number will be issued for all warranty returns, and the warranty replacement parts will be mailed directly to the customer. All faulty items to be replaced under the warranty period must be mailed back to us, at customers expense to: electronic-cigz.com 182 Woolwich St. Guelph, ON N1H3V6 RMA#----

The RMA# must be visible on the return package.

Refund Policy

Any customers unhappy with their purchase and looking for a refund, have 14-days from receipt of their order, to contact us (info@electronic-cigz.com) with a refund request. All of the order must be returned in good shape to electronic-cigz.com at the customers cost. Returned orders will be checked, and if the order is in good shape, a refund will be made to the customers credit card within 48hrs of receipt of the returned goods. All refunds are -15% re-stocking charges. Refunds are only applicable to hardware (chargers, pcc's, etc.), and not applicable to consumable items (atomizers, liquid, cartridges, batteries).
