Simply remove the old spring and put this one in it's place. These have a lower resistance and allows you to have better vapor. If you're wondering if you have this spring already simply look into the barrel of the Silver Bullet and see if your spring is Silver, if it is you have the old style spring. Less resistance means more vapor.
